Would you like to teach at a vocational college one day? The Teaching Qualification Economics degree course offers you the ideal basis for this. You will combine Economics with Business Information Systems, Sectoral Management, Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, Accounting and Taxation.

Don’t be put off by the name: the degree course is called Business Education or Commercial Teaching at other faculties. There is a great deal of overlap in terms of content. The degree course teaches in-depth business administration knowledge in combination with educational content.

Proof of 52 weeks of practical work must be provided by the time of the traineeship; Vocational training is recognised.


The minor vocational subjects can only be studied in combination with Economics (major vocational subject – GbF).
